What if I find out when I move in that the accommodation doesn't match the description?

We have carefully considered these scenarios, and our policies are designed to address them effectively.

If you discover that the coliving space doesn’t match the description provided when you made your booking request on our platform, you can withdraw from the Renters Terms in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This withdrawal is possible until 3 PM the day after your stated move-in date (24 hours after moving in).

In such cases, we will refund the entire first month's rent, as well as any booking and service fees. We will also cover the cost of alternative accommodation for up to 7 days. This article provides all the details on how this process works.
