We are a property management services company that owns, builds, and manages coliving and coworking spaces with a high sense of community all around the world. This property is a 10-unit units setup located in the middle of Cape Town's Atlantic Seaboard, in Green Point. You will be occupying an all-inclusive coliving suite with your own spacious bedroom and ensuite bathroom, and access to a communal kitchen, a coliving/coworking space, a self-service laundry room, and a spacious backyard patio with a swimming pool. Included in your living space membership are the following:
- Access to your fully furnished private coliving suite with ensuite bathroom.
- Wifi.
- Water and electricity
- Weekly cleaning service.

Will I have privacy?Yes, your suite and en-suite bathroom are completely private so that you have a space for independence.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?If you are enjoying your stay with us, You are more than welcome to extend your stay. Shortening your stay is possible, but then the applicable cancellation terms and conditions will apply.

Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?Absolutely! If you are not happy with your room, communicate the issues with our on-site team and they will be sure to help you as soon as possible. If they are unable to sort the issue in the current room, they will try the best to accommodate in a different more suitable apartment

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the rooms, however, there are designated outdoor smoking areas.

What are the quiet hours?Between 10pm and 9am.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?This is permissable, but the visitor would need to sign in at the front desk and visitors can only be limited to 1 person at a time.
