Will I have privacy?Yes, your suite and en-suite bathroom are completely private so that you have a space for independence.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?You are welcome to have a friend / partner stay with you, as the monthly rental is for the room occupancy, based on the bed type.

Is there a designated space for work?We have a number of workspaces across the city, and most rooms have a work space too.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?This would need to be discussed directly with the team on-site who would be able to better ascertain if this is possible.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?If you are enjoying your stay with us, You are more than welcome to extend your stay. Shortening your stay is possible, but then the applicable cancellation terms and conditions will apply.

Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?Absolutely! If you are not happy with your room, communicate the issues with our on-site team and they will be sure to help you as soon as possible. If they are unable to sort the issue in the current room, they will try the best to accommodate in a different more suitable apartment

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the rooms, however, there are designated outdoor smoking areas.

What are the quiet hours?Between 10pm and 9am.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?This is permissable, but the visitor would need to sign in at the front desk and visitors can only be limited to 1 person at a time.

Are all rooms furnished?Yes, all apartments are fully furnished and kitted out with crockery & cutlery too.

Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?Yes, there is a communal kitchen available for your use! Just be sure to clean up after yourself for others :)

Can I work in the communal area?Yes, you can! You will have a workspace area in your room and in the public areas - just be sure to be aware of others who might be using the space as well :)

Can I book additional cleaning?Yes you could but this must be arranged with the on-site team. This is not a guaranteed offer and if they are able to schedule additional cleaning, there will be an additional charge.
