Our startup house is located in one of San Francisco’s signature neighborhoods and features one floor with rooms of different categories to choose from. Each room is modernly designed and furnished with a bed, closet, desk, and chair. The open communal kitchen and living space is the heart of the community. It is spacious and open for everyone to prepare food, eat together, or enjoy watching Netflix. The backyard and patio area are perfect for catching some fresh air outside! No car? No Problem! This peaceful and friendly neighborhood puts you in an idyllic place where you gain some peace and quiet away from the hustle of the main city- while still being a short distance from downtown. Twin Peaks is nearby for some incredible views, and Dolores Park is a nice 5-minute walk for some weekend fun and relaxation. 24th street offers all the shops, salons, coffee houses (we recommend La Boulangerie!), and restaurants you can enjoy. Finally, Whole Foods is a quick 3-minute walk for your grocery shopping.

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Our finance team returns the deposit within 21 days after the tenant`s move-out date when the room has been checked for damages.
Can I cancel a booking?

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.
What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.
