Our coliving space is a new way of living for young professionals, students, startup founders, and digital nomads, freelancers, software developers, and like-minded people of an average of 25-35 years old. Starting with the basics, we offer private and shared spaces to use and bring everyone together while creating collaborative and fun environments that expose members to meet new people, new ideas, and new experiences in newly remodeled houses conveniently located in Silicon Valley since 2015.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?Our finance team returns the deposit within 21 days after the tenant`s move-out date when the room has been checked for damages.

Can I cancel a booking?You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.

What if the place is not as advertised?You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.
