**Security Deposit**
At check-in, the guest must pay the full amount of the monthly rent and leave a deposit of $1,000,000 COP. This will be debited monthly in case of any damage within the room or property.
**Cancellation Policy Before 6 Months**
- The guest must give one month's notice to cancel the reservation without penalty.
- A penalty of one month's rent will be charged if the guest does not provide one month's notice before canceling the reservation.
**Cancellation Policy for 6 Months or More**
- The guest must give two months' notice to cancel the reservation without penalty.
- A penalty of one month's rent will be charged if the guest does not provide two months' notice before canceling the reservation.
**Reservation Guarantee Deposit Policy**
- 50% of the month's rent is required to secure the reservation date.
**Conduct**
Any violation of our conduct rules will first be addressed with a warning letter, followed by a fine of $150 USD.
**Quiet Hours**
- Maximum volume levels should be maintained between 11:30 PM and 7:00 AM.
**Visitor Policy**
- Register visitors through the app and at reception.
- The number of visitors must not exceed the maximum room occupancy.
- We do not support sexual tourism.
**Smoking Area**
- We are a smoke-free building.
- The smoking area is located on level S2.
**Pet Policy**
1. Pets must be leashed in common areas.
2. Always clean up after your pets.
3. Pets are allowed on terraces and in the café but not in coworking areas.
4. There is an additional weekly cost of $20 USD for pets.
**Dress Code**
- **Lobby:** No pajamas, bikinis, or bare feet.
- **Rooftop:** Appropriate clothing required; no underwear.
**Facility Usage**
- Room cleaning will be done at least once a week and at most twice a week.
- Laundry will be collected once a week, with a maximum of 7 kg. Any additional kg will incur an extra cost.
- Renting storage rooms costs $120,000 COP per week.
- After 10:00 PM, alcohol consumption, loud music, and groups larger than six people are not allowed at the pool.
- Only beverages and snacks are allowed in the coworking space.
- Items from common areas must not be removed.
**Internet and Technology Usage**
1. Appropriate internet use.
2. No use of illegal websites.
**Internal Conduct**
- Review system: Guests must rate and be rated by residents and staff.
- If a guest maintains a rating below 3.7/5 for three months after a minimum of 10 reviews, the contract may be canceled.
- Accumulation of three or more fines will result in contract cancellation.
- Do not hang anything on balconies.
- The building has a BBQ available for all guests to rent.
- We reserve the right to admit and retain visitors.
- Only adults are allowed at the Coliving.
**Lost or Damaged Items**
- Monthly inspections will be conducted to check the condition of items in the rooms.
- Any damage to room items will be charged monthly.
**Room Keys and Access**
- Room access is restricted to residents.
- Only two additional fingerprints beyond the apartment's maximum capacity are allowed.
**Emergency Procedures**
- Participation in building drills is mandatory.
**Environmental Policies**
- We encourage recycling in the waste chute on each floor.
- Proper waste separation is required.
- Do not leave oversized items in the waste chute.
**Packages**
- Packages for residents can be received at the Front Desk and stored for a maximum of three months.
**Compliance with Laws**
- Updates to regulations will be formally presented to residents electronically.
- All guests must comply with all local laws and regulations.
