Will I have privacy?Your privacy is important to us. Let us know if you want to join our WhatsApp group. Having your own private studio gives you the opportunity to enjoy your own kitchen and bathroom.

Are pets allowed?We love animals! Please keep in mind that your pet should be always with you. Cleaning and keeping common areas good are mandatory. Pets are allowed following the species policy approved by the law.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?Couples are allowed. Please remember that an additional person will be charged to your bill after the 8 nights free that you have for each 30-night period.

Is there a designated space for work?We have a coworking space with 5 ergonomic seats. Also, different spots with wifi, chair, tables, and plugs to charge your mobile devices.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?You will have your private studio. This means that you will only have neighbors :) no roommates.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?The Check-In is up at 3:00 p.m and Check-Out is until 11:00 a.m

Can I cancel a booking?You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.
