This fantastic apartment is located on the ground floor of an exciting new residential building. Our location attracts people from around the world and offers a residence with character and class. The block has a communal lobby with concierge and a shared gym and rooftop terrace with breathtaking views over Berlin. The apartment itself has five spacious and brightly lid bedrooms, all with direct access to the patio which faces a quiet private path of the complex. There are two shared bathrooms and an open kitchen with dining and lounge area attached. From the kitchen you have direct access to a sunny patio.

Right at the very center, our location is where East and West Berlin were reunited. It is walking distance to Potsdamer Platz, the famous Unter den Linden boulevard and the iconic Brandenburg Gate. You will be right in the middle of Berlin’s hippest restaurants, bars, cafes, and art galleries. You can find small boutiques as well as big brand shops in the famous Berlin Mall, all within your reach.

Booking rules
• All the contracts should start on the first day of each month.
• We work with open-ended contracts, so you can stay for as long as you like. In order to terminate your lease, you just need to give a 1-month termination notice before moving out.
• All our contracts end on the last day of each month.
• After signing the contract a deposit of 1,000 EUR will be requested. The amount is fixed regardless of the price of the rent and is
fully reimbursable once you move out.
• Please note that we ask for a prepayment of your LAST month of rent, the first month of rent will be paid directly to us on the day
your contract starts.

- Up to 30 days before moving in , 100% refund of the 1st month's rent .

Are pets allowed?We love pets, but unfortunately, we don't have any animal-friendly apartments available at the moment.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?Our members come from all over the world and have a big range of professions. Most members are between 25-35 yrs old, but we believe that age is just a number. We love diversity and promote environments where you will get to meet people from different backgrounds and broaden your horizons.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?Unfortunately, as the rooms are only suitable for one person, the payment should come from a single bank account.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?As our contracts are open-ended, you can stay for as long as you like depending on the availability! However, unfortunately, the stays cannot be shortened.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?Within 30 business days after your contract end date.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?Our apartments are your home, so you can definitely have guests come over as long as everyone in the home is fine with it and you follow our guest policy.

Are kids allowed?Sadly, our apartments are currently not suitable for families with kids.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?Smoking is only permitted outdoors, on balconies, terraces, or yards. Violations may result in fines.

What are the quiet hours?Members must avoid being a disturbance to others, especially during quiet hours. This includes keeping noise levels down in common areas, outdoor spaces, balconies, and terraces at designated times (after 10 pm on weeknights and midnight on weekends).

Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?Yes, the apartment included a fully equipped kitchen.

Do I have to clean the room when I move out?Just leave the room in a decent way and make sure that nothing got broken during your stay.

Can I lock my bedroom door?Our apartments typically do not have locks on individual private rooms. This is primarily due to safety concerns since police or firefighters may need to enter the room in case of an emergency. Additionally, we provide services such as cleaning and furniture repairs/maintenance, so our operations team or technicians/plumbers may need to enter if there is an issue in a private room or if it is time for cleaning. In such cases, we will always notify the members in advance and knock on the doors before entering. Thank you for your understanding!
