Located in the epicenter of Europe's start-up capital, right on Silicon alley, Berlin Mitte, this neighborhood could not be more diverse and inspiring. Huge and lively Mitte is Berlin's central municipality, home to the Brandenburg Gate and Museum Island art institutions, as well as the Hauptbahnhof central train station and the sprawling Tiergarten park. Elegant avenues like Unter den Linden and squares like Gendarmenmarkt are known for their restored pre-war buildings. The Hackescher Markt area has trendy shops and cafes in a series of maze-like courtyards.
