This is not the first four-bedroom home we’ve occupied in this building, and there’s a good reason for that. It’s a beauty. Practically overlooking Marquis de Pombal, the location is ideal, and the actual home, well, it speaks for itself. Very recently renovated, the kitchen and bathroom finishes are modern and tasteful. Historic Portuguese charm shines through in the building’s ornate golden lobby, the gated elevator, and the marble staircase. Expect a rich colour palette and to accentuate the gorgeous dark wood floor.

By staying here, you’re out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre but still close enough to walk there when you’re in the mood for some fun. Parque Eduardo VII, a short 2-minute walk away, is a haven of greenery for muggy days and midday strolls. Marques de Pombal (also 2 minutes away) connects you to the famous Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon’s most sought-after boulevard—a privileged commute route to take towards Bairro Alto or Alfama.

Will I have privacy?Yes, although the living areas are communal, each bedroom is totally private.

Are pets allowed?Not at the moment, unfortunately.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?We allow dual occupancy in any of our en suite bedrooms.

Is there a designated space for work?Every bedroom has desks, usually a designated coworking area, and plenty of spots to take calls quietly, plus the important one: fast WiFi.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?There are others who subscribe to our ideology and are there for the same cause that you are. Prior to your arrival, we will introduce you to the community.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Can I cancel a booking?You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.

What if the place is not as advertised?You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.
