Bansko has a super-fast WiFi connection, and lots of digital nomads call it their home base because of its amazing community, views, and convenience. Bulgaria borders Greece, Turkey, Serbia, and Macedonia, so it’s easy to explore while never worrying about your ability to stay online. It's time to embrace the wholesome Bansko lifestyle with cold plunges, hot springs, and one of the highest ratios of coworks per capita!
We really value authentic local experiences and our community manager will always be there to help and facilitate a great experience. Come hang out with our community here and see what kind of adventures you can explore together. Some activities we like to do together:

- Fish your own fish and get it cooked for you at Ribarnika
- Visit Regnum Hotspring, explore the alpine lakes in the Pirin National Park & hike up to Vihren Peak
- Take the famous train trip from/to Sofia with all the mountain views
- Go to the local Sunday Market in the historic old town or take a salsa class at the municipality or a yoga class at Lotus vibe

Our coliving home in Bansko has 13 rooms, all with mountain views, desks, and super-strong WiFi, perfect if you want to work from home.
- 10 minute walk to the historic center

Hungry? Order straight from the Mehana, a traditional Bulgarian restaurant right at home. Your host is also a chef and can whip up anything you’d like from the menu. And for those looking to blow off some steam (literally), there’s a sauna waiting for you.
In Bansko our coliving house has desks in rooms as well as a workzone in the restaurant. We also include 2 days of coworking every week at our partner, Nestwork Coworking.
Nestwork is a short walk from our coliving home and allows our nomads to network with others and stay motivated! Nestwork is an incredible space with multiple zones, some for intense concentration and some to chill. We can provide you access to our special rates at Nestwork Coworking if you would like to add more days.

Is there a designated space for work?Yes, we have designated workspaces in our coliving house, including desks in rooms and a work zone in the restaurant. We also offer coworking access at a nearby partner location, which is a great place to network and stay motivated. Extra fees may apply for additional days at the coworking space.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

We’re here to help, so just reach out to our team, and we’ll work together to find a solution that suits your needs.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?Feel free to extend your stay if there's availability. Please note that if you decide to extend, you might need to switch to a different room if your current one has been booked by another guest. If you change your booking to a shorter duration within two weeks of arrival, you will need to pay for the canceled days.

Do I need to sign a contract/lease?No need to worry about a long-term contract! We offer flexible arrangements that allow you to enjoy your stay without the commitment of a lease.

Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?You can have visitors staying with you, we just ask you to inform the team.

Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?Yes. If you downgrade your room after booking, Nomadico reserves the right to charge the same price paid for the previous room category. This charge will be equivalent to the original booking amount. If you wish to upgrade your room, you may do so at an additional cost, subject to availability.

What potential costs are there besides the rent?Besides rent, there may be additional costs for outside events, utilities, like laundry, and shared supplies. It's always good to check with us for any extra fees that may apply.

Are the private bedrooms cleaned frequently?Yes, we clean the private bedrooms once a week and change the bedding during that time. If you’d like additional cleaning, just let our friendly on-site hosts know, and they’ll be happy to assist you!

Can I get picked up/dropped off at the airport?Yes, we can arrange airport pickups and drop-offs for you! This information will be included in your booking confirmation email, which you will receive after your payment is completed. We look forward to welcoming you!

Can I book additional cleaning?Absolutely! We understand that a clean space is important. You can always request additional cleaning services, and our team will be happy to assist you with that.
Keep in mind that one time per week cleaning of your room and bed change is included. Common spaces are cleaned several times per week, also included.

Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?Yes, we have a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals! It's a great place to prepare your favorite dishes and share cooking experiences with others in the community.
