The Double Room is possible to book also just by 1 person as Single occupancy for special price 15 500 CZK per month. If you would like to book the Double Room as Single occupancy, please contact us through messages.
Our Rooms/apartments offer 90 cm beds that can be adapted to sleeping needs in doubled rooms and apartments (as twin beds or as a double bed). The beds have a quality wooden structure, so in the case of use as a double bed, the beds do not move apart.
The rooms come with standard equipment: table, chair, lamp, wardrobe, and fully blackout curtains. The rental includes pillows, duvets, and bed linen.
The kitchenettes/kitchens are fully equipped - stove, microwave, kettle, a basic set of dishes (incl. pot and frying pan), and cutlery. The refrigerator is located inside of the rooms/apartments.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower corner, toilet, and washing basin. A laundry room with a dryer and washing machine is available for a fee of 60 CZK on the ground floor. Why booking with us?

Holešovice

A vibrant district with an artistic soul, a stamp of the industrial, and great transport accessibility - these are Holešovice! This diverse district stretching along the left bank of the Vltava to Letná Hill and is one of the most exciting areas of Prague - many young artists, designers, architects, and important cultural institutions have found a home here. All civic amenities and interesting restaurants, pubs, and cafes within walking distance - within 10 minutes. Holešovice also has one of the largest markets in Prague.

Transport connection:
- Two tram stops 2-3 minutes on foot: Maniny (day and night trams no. 1, 2, 6, 11, 14, 18, 26 and 94) and U Průhonu (day and night trams no. 6, 12, 17 and 94)
- Metro B (Palmovka) and Metro C (Vltavská or Nádraží Holešovice) - within 4 minutes by tram. You are in the center of Prague within 10-15 minutes. For example, from Vltavská to Museum (Wenceslas Square) it takes 5 minutes (by metro C).
