Ideally located, a few minutes walk from shops and public transport (bus and metro), our Coliving offers 12 independent rooms, fully furnished and tastefully decorated, each with a private bathroom.
In terms of living environment, the 280m² house, renovated in 2024, has a large garden with a terrace, barbecue, and garden shed, as well as numerous common areas that are spacious and carefully furnished and decorated.
Magnificent living / dining room.
Large, fully equipped kitchen (all appliances are doubled).
Gym with fitness/bodybuilding machines.
Cinema room with video projector and game console.
Garden with a BBQ and garden furniture.
Laundry room (2 washing machines and 2 dryers).
Easy street parking.
Each of the 12 bedrooms includes a private bathroom for more comfort and privacy. There you will find a furnished sleeping area (double bed, mattress, duvet, pillows), a desk, and a dressing room. The bathroom consists of a shower with a glass wall, a vanity unit, a WC, and a towel dryer.
The rent is ALL INCLUSIVE and includes many services:
• Water, electricity, and gas.
• Internet connection (fiber).
• Home insurance.
• Cleaning of common areas every week,upkeep, and maintenance.
• Netflix subscription.
• Console and video games.
• Community activities (delivery of meals to cook, afterworks, outings).
