Community

Our 6 bedroom/3 bathroom heritage house is a unique Coliving concept that is created by the community for community. If you choose to join us, you would become a co-creator and member of our coliving family! "Mimos" is a Spanish word for "mother's pampering". We are a family-style home full of love.

All guests will be given small chores. Sharing the load helps us maintain a homemade community experience for our multicultural, multigenerational guests including keeping the common spaces tidy and clean, and by joining the other Coliving guests at our community events or inviting them for a coffee or tea.

We also give our house members the opportunity to practice their interpersonal communication and leadership skills through leadership roles such as organizing and chairing events.

Our house experience has been beneficial for those seeking a temporary cultural immersion experience -- newcomers to Toronto, digital nomads, mature students, active retired, couples, solo travellers, working professionals and those in a life-stage transition.

Location

Dupont St (Annex), Toronto
The exact location is provided after the booking is confirmed.

Annex

The Annex district is at the heart of Toronto. The Annex is mainly residential, and streets are lined with tall trees dwarfing the large Victorian and Edwardian houses, most of them built between 1880 and the early 1900s. There are now over 500 buildings in the Annex that are protected by the Toronto Historical Board.

Our coliving is located 1 minute away from the Dupont Subway station. Nestled on quite a tree-lined street between the world-famous Casa Loma, Spadina Museum, the popular Bloor Street, and the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM). We are within walking distance to many trendy restaurants, cheap eats, grocery stores, and small shops, as well as the University of Toronto (Saint George) campus (UofT), Korea Town, upscale Yorkville, The Bata Shoe Museum, Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO), Kensington Market and Chinatown.
