Our community members are a faithful representation of the island of Lanzarote. The island's unique landscape and the strong energy from its volcanic soul represent our community very well. This island is a playground for nature lovers. We love outdoor activities, and we often organize them for our community. And of course, you can surf pretty much every day of the year.
We also organize community dinners, meet-ups, etc.
In our desire to create strong community services, our famous festival was born. It is an event that connects us and the local community through gastronomy, well-being, Canarian art, and live music. It takes place every other month in La Geria, the spectacular wine region on Lanzarote Island.

Will I have privacy?Communal spaces are shared in our Coliving, of course, we love sharing! However, these are big enough for you to have your own space. The maximum number of people living in the house at once will be 8. Even though we have enough space in the coliving to accommodate more, we want to keep it this way, so that you all feel there is enough space for us all. Also, all rooms are private.

Are pets allowed?We do love pets! However, due to space restriction, we can't allow them at our coliving

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?Of course! Couples and partners are allowed. We have two double rooms for that purpose. Have a look at our rooms.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
