Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

What information do I need to supply for the application?

We need your ID, email, phone number and an address.
What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

We are looking for responsible, considerate, kind, respectful and open-minded people.
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

Early check-in is allowed if the room is ready and has an extra charge, this is subject to availability. You can contact us the day before entering to coordinate.
If you wish to check out later, you can use our common areas.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?

You can renew your stay with at least 15 days notice and is subject to availability.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

Yes, regardless of the length of stay for the monthly payments, we generate a lease contract.
Do you accept co-signers?

We do not accept co-signers.
Is there a Credit Score required?

We do not request credit histories.
When/how will you refund my security deposit?

Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
Can I cancel a booking?

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.
What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Our visiting hours are from 08:00 am to 07:00 pm, maximum 2 people.
Are kids allowed?

We accept children as long as they are accompanied by their parents, presenting identification document and civil registry indicating the names of the parents, in case of going with another person must bring a letter of permission signed by the parents and authenticated by a notary.
Are service and emotional support animals allowed?

If they are accepted, in case of emotional support, you must present the permission to not be charged extra
Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?

Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference.
Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?

To keep our environment clean and healthy, we ask that you refrain from smoking indoors, including private rooms, common areas, hallways, and balconies. If you do wish to smoke, please do so outside, away from the building entrance, and kindly dispose of your cigarette butts properly. Thank you for helping us maintain a pleasant space for everyone!
Can I receive post/mail to the property?

Yes. We will provide updated info once you have moved in.
What are the quiet hours?

Our hours of silence are from 08:00 pm to 07:00 am.
What is the policy on alcohol?

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.

Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
Is the neighborhood safe?

It is a very quiet area, we have not had any unsafe situations.
