Here, we bring together a hostel, coliving, coworking, and a community of people who share the same lifestyle. We are located in Barra da Lagoa, one of the most beautiful areas of Florianópolis. Nature surrounds the property; there's private access to the water channel (it's kind of a "river" that links Conceição Lagoon to the ocean), which is perfect for a swim or to take one of our stand-up paddle boards or kayaks, all just a few meters from the guest rooms. The area is ideal for hiking and riding one of our bikes. We are next to several beaches, trails, and natural pools. in addition to a vibrant and diverse nightlife in the surrounding area. We do everything necessary for you to focus on being productive, meeting new people, and exploring all that Florianópolis has to offer. We offer a WeWork-style co-working space with an excellent internet connection, a printer, and a coffee machine. Every night we offer a free vegetarian (or vegan) dinner cooked by one of our volunteers for everyone; it's always a great atmosphere and a lot of fun. The neighborhood of Barra da Lagoa is in a privileged area, embedded between the Atlantic Ocean, Conceição lagoon, and Galheta hill, and passed by a water channel, the only link between the waters of Conceição lagoon with the salty waters of the sea. The place is also known for the Friendly spirit of the locals and artisanal fishing.

Are guests allowed during the day/night?Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.
Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions. -
Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. That includes all private and communal rooms. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do it outside, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.

What are the quiet hours?On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.

What is the policy on alcohol?It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
