Wonderful apartment ideally located in the center of Grenoble, minutes walk from the tramway which is served by Ligne A & C. The flat is situated on the second floor, with lift and a private balcony. Fully refurbished the apartment consists of five bedrooms, one large bathroom, one separated WC, a fully fitted kitchen with brand new appliances. Two of the large open plan bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows which grant access to a private balcony. Other benefits include heating, wood flooring, and neutral elegant decorations throughout.
