Our Coliving includes a huge terrace with barbecue, a makers space in the garage, workspace inside the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The Coliving is divided into the main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a backyard apartment with an en-suite bathroom and a small living-room/kitchen.

We manage 3 coliving locations in Las Palmas and coworking space, which all gather a large community. Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is one of the world's best locations to work remotely from, and the community in town is thriving. Weekly activities include surf, hikes, exploring the island, barbecues, and skillshares.

Ciudad Jardin is the best neighborhood in Las Palmas, within walking distance of the city center and the main beaches. In 2008, the shoreline received an award for its cleanliness and accessibility for the disabled.
You will find busy and renowned cafés and seafood restaurants in this area.
This neighborhood contains both attractive villas and apartment structures. It is a year-round destination. If you wish to visit Mallorca throughout the year, coming here is a wise decision. Simply grab the bicycle and enjoy the ride along the beach to Palma.

Will I have privacy?Yes all rooms are private and many of them include desks inside. Also the house is very large so guests can distribute themselves in the different common areas for privacy.

Are pets allowed?Currently pets are not allowed in our colivings

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?We don´t mix guests in ithe rooms, but if you come with your couple or friend , thats totally fine with us as most rooms allow double use.

Is there a designated space for work?There is workspace in many rooms, and several workspace areas indoors and outdoors.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?We host an international like minded group of remote workers with average age 33.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?Yes, we are flexible with check-in times , just coordinate it in advance with our team.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?Extending is not a problem. If you need to shorten you will receive a credit for future use.

Do you accept co-signers?No, we do not accept any co-signers.

Is there a Credit Score required?No, we do not require a credit score.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?We don't hold a security deposit.

Can I cancel a booking?You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.

What if the place is not as advertised?You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.
