Luxury villa composed by 2 private villas right next to each other with garden in common. Peaceful, with 2 private fresh water swimming pools with beautiful sea and nature view. Located in Las Terrenas, 10 min drive from the centre and from the famous Bonita Beach, surf and chill beach/ Bonita paradise in the caribbean.
The villas accommodate up to 14 people:
- The biggest villa has 4 double bedrooms (8 people)
- The second villa has 3 double bedrooms (6 people)
The villas are right next to each other, with common garden.
All the rooms are equipped with fan, air conditioning, safety lock, door key, a bug mirror, a clothes hanging bar and shelves.
All windows and window doors in the villa have mosquito nets and window shutters for full darkness.
The 2 infinity swimming pools are open all year 24/7 fresh water. No Baywatch or security.
The Kitchen: induction stove (no gas), Bread toaster, microwave, blenders and dish washer, cooking equipment.
The 5 bathrooms are all equipped with water head bidet, hot water, mirror and mirror lights.
WiFi is available in the whole villas, included in the rooms but a secondary internet sim card is always suggested: starlink can show instability if very bad weather comes.
The house is perfectly equipped for hosting remote workers and digital nomads with private working friendly tables and chairs in each room, plenty pf plugs and wifi.
(many Plug type A 120 V like USA and Canada, about 10 USB plugs per each villa and some EU 220 plugs).
Weekly house cleaning and linen and towels change is included, a security person is available every night. A 30 Eur per person will be requested in case you want to use linen and towels. They are changed weekly. Remember to tip our staff if you receive a good service
Space for parking (free and private) is available in the property.

In strategic panoramic position, Close to 4 among the 10 beautiful beaches of Dominican republic and 5 minutes drive to the centre of Las Terrenas.
Surrounded by nature and with a spectacular view. Enjoy trips to coffee fields, learn to product chocolate from the fruit to ready to eat, discover scenic waterfall and hike to secluded beaches.
A really good local fruit shop is available in the main street and also a traditional little supermarket. They are 2 min drive from the villa.
We suggest having a Quad four wheel or at least a scooter for moving easier around Las Terrenas. We are happy to give the contact of a reliable scooter/ 4 x 4 /car rental if you need.

Will I have privacy?All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy. Each bedroom has a lock and the window shutters are completely closable.
Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.
If you book the entire Villa you will have complete privacy including the pool and Kitchen. The only shared space will be the parking space and an area o the garden. -
Are pets allowed?Sadly, we don't allow pets. We have a very independent cat, in common with the neighbours. She tends to be very sweet and friendly if she meets cat lovers who give her time and attention.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?We do allow couples and friends to stay in one room.
Please note that an additional charge of 100 euros per month applies. -
Is there a designated space for work?You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. Some coworking tables and also a personal workspace on your room terrace or balcony.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?We mostly rent our rooms to digital nomads or expats. However, you can check the community description to see who are our typical guests.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas. -
Can I extend or shorten my stay?If your room is available, we would love for you to stay longer.

Do you accept co-signers?We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.

Is there a Credit Score required?We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?Security deposit is returned at checkout. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return.

Can I cancel a booking?You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.

Are kids allowed?As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.

Are service and emotional support animals allowed?We have a kitty in the house, she is very friendly and independent. She is fully vaccinated and checked. She is shared with the family neighbours. With some cat loving guests, she got really close and spent a lot of time with them.

Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?To keep our environment clean and healthy, we ask that you refrain from smoking indoors, including private rooms, common areas, hallways, and balconies. If you do wish to smoke, please do so outside, away from the building entrance, and kindly dispose of your cigarette butts properly. Thank you for helping us maintain a pleasant space for everyone!

What are the quiet hours?On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.

What is the policy on alcohol?It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates.

Are my belongings safe?Even though we have been lucky that nothing has gone missing, we recommend all our members to keep their valuable belongings in their rooms. Each room has a lock and a safe. For extra precaution, buy a Renters Insurance in case of lost items and accidents.

Does the building have security? What is done to make me feel safe?We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
