Will I have privacy?Of course. The apartments are for private use, with a kitchen and private bathroom. The facilities are only accessible to apartment clients, with a different entrance than the hotel. The common areas, such as the gym, coworking, playroom, etc., are also for your exclusive use.

Are pets allowed?Unfortunately, not.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?Yes you can, but we only accept a maximum of two in each apartment.

Is there a designated space for work?Yes there is. We have a coworking room, but also a private room that you can rent per hours.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?The apartment is only for you. Remember, you will share the common areas with other people, such as students, remote workers, professionals, etc.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place. -
My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?Checking in before the designated time can only be possible if you let us know and we have an apartment available for you.
If we have a free apartment, you can stay longer once you speak with our reception workers. -
Can I extend or shorten my stay?You can extend your stay.
The minimum stay is 1 month, no shorter than that. -
Do you accept co-signers?Maximum two people in each apartment.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?We don't have security deposit.

Can I cancel a booking?You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
