Are pets allowed?Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the rooms.
If you are traveling with your furry friend, we recommend you check out our Community Pass and find a suitable Airbnb in the area.
You might be able to bring your pet to co-working and at-home events, but only if the rest of the current community agrees to it. -
Is there a designated space for work?Yes! We have a dedicated co-working space less than a 5-minute walk from the house. Besides that, the living room, patio, and small focus room in the main house are a great place to work!

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place. -
My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Can I cancel a booking?You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.

What if the place is not as advertised?You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

So you have private a shared room. How do the shared ones work?Well, basically you would be sharing the same room with people like you for a period of time. For us this is also the true co-living experience where you can actually get to know people for real. In any case we will always try to look for the most suitable roommate according to your preferences 🙂

How long people usually stay?The usual stay is about two or three weeks but we have had people staying several months and we love it! On the other hand we have a minimum stay of seven days to assure a proper community feeling 🙂

Are there any professional events?Yes, of course. We want to take the most of the skills we find inside the house. For that reason, we host Masterminds and Skillshares every week.

Do you want to share any ability you have with the rest of the guests? Are you good at making money from blogs, creating effective email marketing campaigns, Facebook ads, Amazon seller, meditation, coaching, writing, etc. and you want to share your knowledge with the rest of us?

Do you have a personal or a professional challenge that you need to overcome but you are struggling to find the way? i.e. I don’t know how to market my product, I have a business idea but I don’t know what to do next, I hate my job but I don’t know what I’d like to do, travelling is tiring I need to find a solution, etc.
