Will I have privacy?All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy.
Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. -
Are pets allowed?Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?Rent will only be charged to one party. As a default, all our rooms are able to accommodate one person. However, certain rooms are able to a maximum of two people.

Is there a designated space for work?Depending on your chosen room, you may have a designated working area.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?Like-minded individuals who are either attending university or working around the area.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

What information do I need to supply for the application?For verification purposes, you will need to provide us with a government-issued identification card.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?You are allowed to check-in earlier if the room is ready; please get in contact with us.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?For extensions or early termination, click on the host button for more details.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?Your security deposit will be held to cover damages to the property, if any.
After checks have been performed, it will be returned within 30 days after your move-out date. -
Can I cancel a booking?You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.

What if the place is not as advertised?You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?Guests are allowed during the day but are not allowed to stay the night. Please reach out to us by clicking on the host button for more details.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?Smoking is not permitted in any of our apartments. You may smoke on your common balcony if there are no objections from your flatmates. If not, please head down to the nearest designated smoking area.
Do note that anyone found smoking indoors or disposing of cigarette buds inappropriately will be subject to a cleaning fee. -
What are the quiet hours?On a weekday, quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and 12 a.m. to 9 a.m. on weekends.
As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night. - Amenities
