Wekcome to Coronado Beach!
This is the spot to experience the beach life of Panama without traveling too far from the capital city.

We are located at a short stroll to two beautiful beaches. Playa Serena, at the end of the street is the favorite for surfing. We have two bicycle you can borrow as well as 3 surf boards and 2 paddleboards.

In this neighborhood you will also find a lively pub and many restaurants, convenience stores, a golf course and club with gym, spa and racket sports.

The bus stop is only meters from our front door and for $0.25 you can go to the commercial center of Coronado un 10 minutes where you will find many stores, supermarkets, clinics, banks, etc.

The house has:
-4 bedrooms: two with ensuite bath, 2 with shared bath.
-3 full bathrooms.
-Large living and dining room
-Space to set up work station in the bedrooms or in the common areas.
-Large terrace with patio furniture, BBQ and hammock
-Overlooking a lot of greenery
-The community pool is just behind the house (10m)

Our doors are open to all kinds of people as we want to be inclusive. One's liberty ends where another one's starts. We are as green as possible so we recycle often. We are to share meals and shopping when convenient as well as other expenses like transportation and activities if people want to share. We like to have a good time and a good laugh, but we are also family friendly, we encourage moments of peace, and we respect our neighbors. Therefore wild parties must be held at the beach or the local pub.

The house is within a gated complex surrounding a golf course and next to a hotel. This complex is within a bigger gated community on the beach of the Pacific. We are only at less than 2 km of the beach and a great surf spot (Playa Serena), less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach. We are also close to the local shops and restaurants and a quick bus or bike ride to all the supermarkets and services you might need.
