Will I have privacy?Inside your room, you will have total privacy, thanks to the good soundproofing of the walls.
The villa is located in a very quiet area, except for the occasional neighbourhood party with karaoke and street food (which we recommend you attend!!!), but in any case, from 10 p.m. on, by law, it is forbidden to make excessive noise. -
Are pets allowed?Unfortunately, not.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?The prices we offer are base 2 (i.e., for up to two persons, the price does not change), and each additional person will pay a supplement.

Is there a designated space for work?You can work in the privacy of your own room or in the living room with other people.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?You may find yourself sharing the villa with ordinary tourists, families, groups of friends, and, of course, other remote workers.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?If the room is ready before the check-in time, we allow immediate check-in at no extra charge, while for late check-out, unless it is only one hour, we charge an extra fee.

Can I cancel a booking?You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?Every person inside the villa must be registered for security reasons, so anyone wishing to enter the villa who does not have a regular reservation must notify us in advance. During daytime hours no additional charges will be applied, during night-time hours yes.

Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?Yes, of course, but obviously based on the rooms we have available for the same booking dates.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas. The same rules apply to electronic cigarettes.
