Our space is designed for your comfort, with a lot of recreational, functional, and pleasurable areas. You will arrange our rooms and studio with the following amenities and services:
Rooms and studios are fully furnished and include an ensuite bathroom, television, and bed linen.
- Public services and administration are included.
- High-speed Wi-Fi
- A laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.
- Use of workspaces (individual and group) and coworking,
- Use of social amenities such as swimming pools, jacuzzis, game rooms, gyms, yoga rooms, cinema rooms, and grilling terraces.

You will have a few steps from the Museum of Modern Art of Bogotá (MAMBO), the Gold Museum or the National Museum; Also, you can visit the Colón theater or the Jorge Eliécer Gaitán theater; or enjoy national or international cinema at the district Cinematheque. You can explore the neighborhood on foot and find graffiti by local artists, emblematic cafes and bars or discover historical sites such as Plaza Bolívar or Chorro de Quevedo.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Is there a Credit Score required?We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

Can I cancel a booking?You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.

What if the place is not as advertised?You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.
Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions. -
Are kids allowed?As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.

Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?To keep our environment clean and healthy, we ask that you refrain from smoking indoors, including private rooms, common areas, hallways, and balconies. If you do wish to smoke, please do so outside, away from the building entrance, and kindly dispose of your cigarette butts properly. Thank you for helping us maintain a pleasant space for everyone!

Can I receive post/mail to the property?Yes. We will provide updated info once you have moved in.

What are the quiet hours?On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.

What is the policy on alcohol?It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
