Will I have privacy?Yes of course we will always respect peoples privacy. Here at the property, you will be able to immerse yourself into the community but you have plenty of space and your own private room where you can retreat if you so wish.

Are pets allowed?We allow pets generally in specific cases. Please get in touch with us first so we can aggree upon the terms.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?We charge an additional 10 EUR / night / person when two people occupy a room. This is due to additional costs of water, electricity and other communal stuff. How you split these costs is up to you.

Is there a designated space for work?You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. Additionally, we have a designated co-working-room.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?With friendly, likeminded and positive people.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

What information do I need to supply for the application?Generally we will have a short introduction call to see if the vibe and the expectation on your life in our coliving matches. We do this to ensure a high quality coliving-experience for all our guests. Yet it would be nice if you can let us know a bit about yourself upon the application.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas. -
When/how will you refund my security deposit?Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

What if the place is not as advertised?If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

Are kids allowed?As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.

Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Yet we tolerate smoking in the outside areas unless there is no other guest disturbed by this.
Please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly. -
What are the quiet hours?On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.

What is the policy on alcohol?It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates.

Are all rooms furnished?The common areas come fully furnished.
Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.

Any meals/snacks included?Basic incredients that are required for meal preparation are provided. E.g. Oil, Salt and Pepper, etc.
You will get a designated area for you dry foods and also space wihtin the sapcious fridge. -
What are the laundry options?We have laundry machines available to everyone.

Can I get picked up/dropped off at the airport?A pick up at the Paphos Airport or Paphos Old Town Bus Station is provided. If you land in Larnaka or Nicossia get in touch with us and we help you to book a bus.
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that your bus is leaving Larnaka or Nicossia on the same day of arrival. So please make sure you check out the public transport beforehand. -
Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?Yes, we have a great kitchen where you can cook your meals! We just ask that you clean up after yourself to keep the space nice for everyone. Enjoy your cooking.
