The Neighbourhood of Mexicaltzingo connects perfectly with the old town with all the attractions around the city. We are located five min away from the Americana which is the new contemporary area. Nearby you will find Agua Azul Park, US Consulate, Guadalajara Cathedral, and Plaza de Armas, important touristic attractions of the neighbourhood. Also, you can cath some many groceries shops and coffee bars.

On the weekday, quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and 10pm to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.

Does the building have security? What is done to make me feel safe?

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours per day.

Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.
