Let us offer you a fully equipped:
- Private Double Room with a private bedroom for 2 persons, a private fridge, a private bathroom and a shared kitchen with a hob, microwave, kettle, and oven;
- Private Apartment with a private bedroom for 2 persons and private kitchen;
There are two single beds ( 90/200 cm), two wardrobes, and a desk with lamps and chairs. We also provide a basic set of dishes and bed linen.
The monthly rental price includes all services, energies, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The building also has a laundry room with a dryer and washing machines, which are available for use for the fee of 60 CZK.
There is also a small backyard fully at your use!
Note that in case your stay will be shorter than 61 consecutive calendar days, we will ask you to pay the city tax in the amount of 50 CZK/per day/per person upon your arrival.

Will I have privacy?Both room types have locks on the door, so nobody can interrupt you or get into the room without the key card. For so, you will have privacy in your private room.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?Of course! Since we have rooms for 2 persons, you and your other half or friend can share it as well as the rent.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?We always do our best to find the way to meet your needs. Write us your required check-in / check-out time and we will agree together.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?Security deposit will be refunded once the contract finishes and the room will be handed-over back without any damages or losses.

Can I cancel a booking?You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.

What if the place is not as advertised?You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.
