Our property is designed to offer privacy when you need it, and community when you want it. Every apartment (studios, 1-bed, 2-bed, 3-bed) is self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower, sofa, a super comfortable bed, and smart TV with mobile device mirroring function to project your content on a flat, big screen. The apartments are serviced with fresh bed sheets and linen, regular housekeeping, and toiletries. In every corridor, you will find a drinking water dispenser where you can refill your bottle, and forget about carrying and disposing of plastic bottles.
Common areas are the best part: on the ground floor, a 200 sqm co-working space offers meeting rooms, soundproofed individual pods for video calls, and a large common area with walls decorated by a famous street artist.
The rooftop is where we have fun: there is
1) a game room with pool table, foosball, Playstation 5, and a projector for movie nights and sports events,
2) a kids room with toys, a slide, and a TV with thematic channels,
3) a huge fitness center and a yoga room with scheduled classes and a screen for streaming your favorite class at any time of the day.

Our property is located in the heart of Phuket, only 400m away from Bangkok Hospital, the most important private hospital on the island, a short walk away from Chillva Market where you will find authentic Thai food in its purest form, 5 min drive to the Old Town and its amazing Sino Portuguese architecture. The beaches are 20m away and you have a few of the best to choose from: Patong for parties, Bangtao for beach clubs and long walks on the beach, Ao Yon to avoid the crowds.

Will I have privacy?Absolutely! Every apartment is self-contained with a private bathroom and kitchen. You will have privacy when you need it and a sense of community when you want it.

Are pets allowed?Pet Policies
We only allow a maximum of 2 pets per room (Maximum 15 kg per pet)
Pets over 15 kg will be considered by case-by-case basis.
We understand that pets can be curious and want to explore, but for the safety of your pet(s) and others, please keep them on a leash at all times.
They Poop! You Scoop! Always take care and be responsible for your pet(s) after their toilet business.
Pets are allowed at Phuket Town and at the property only.
Pets are welcome to stroll and sniff around in the downstairs public garden while on a leash.
We provide a small pet park by the parking lot area equipped with a water hose, a washing sink, and a trash can. Don’t forget to bring your own poop bags!
Pets are not permitted at the common rooftop areas on the 7th floor.
We allow pets to stay in all room types (except for the Duplex units).
Owners who have more than 1 pet are allowed to stay in the 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom room types only.
Please make sure your playful pet(s) keep their noises as low as possible to avoid disturbing other guests, especially during the night times.
An additional charge for your pet is THB750 (Net) per pet per night.
Pet owners should be mindful that they are responsible for any damages caused by their pets during their stay. Any resulting costs will be deducted from the upfront security deposit. Thank you for understanding! -
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?This lease is not transferable and cannot be assigned or reassigned, in whole or in part. The tenant shall not sublet, sublease, or otherwise grant any other party any license or right in relation to this lease. Any license, assignment, sublease, or agreement in violation of this clause shall be null and void, with no legal force whatsoever.

Is there a designated space for work?A coworking space is available and designed to accommodate workers from all industries and is usually equipped with shared facilities, work desks, and common areas. Additional charge may apply, please contact Front Desk Team upon arrival for more information.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?You won't have roommates unless you decide to share one of our 2-bed or 3-bed apartments with somebody else. You will find like-minded community members in our amazing common areas.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
