It is the perfect location for those who want to experience the best the city has to offer while relishing the warmth of a true home away from home. Whether you’re staying in one of our large rooms located in the heritage building or in the main house with a large open balcony overlooking the pool, all of our rooms have something special to offer. Each unit is thoughtfully equipped with essential amenities, including air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms even have a dedicated workspace. Guests have access to multiple communal spaces and amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, an inspiring and productive workspace, a swimming pool, a sun deck, and a garden. You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

This would need to be discussed directly with the team on-site who would be able to better ascertain if this is possible.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?

If you are enjoying your stay with us, You are more than welcome to extend your stay. Shortening your stay is possible, but then the applicable cancellation terms and conditions will apply.
Can I cancel a booking?

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.
What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

This is permissable, but the visitor would need to sign in at the front desk and visitors can only be limited to 1 person at a time.

Absolutely! If you are not happy with your room, communicate the issues with our on-site team and they will be sure to help you as soon as possible. If they are unable to sort the issue in the current room, they will try the best to accommodate in a different more suitable apartment

Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the rooms, however, there are designated outdoor smoking areas.
