My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

What information do I need to supply for the application?Your name and phone number, stay dates and room type, arrival time and payment method.

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?Being nice and respectful and don't bring kids to the coliving.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?Early check-in depends on the availability and will be with extra cost. Late check-in is possible for free, we'll send you instructions on how to get to your room.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?You can extend if we have room available. You can shorten, but we will recalculate your rate.

Do you accept co-signers?You can co-sign the contract with your friend, if you stay in one room.

Can I cancel a booking?You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
