Our coliving space is a unique place for hospitality and art, situated in the very center of Palermo, in its most historic area, inside a beautifully renovated building.

We offer four independent flats and five rooms, each with its own private bathroom. The price also includes a workspace for travelers who need to work remotely, as well as a range of shared facilities and common spaces for guests to enjoy and socialize.

Because we are committed to promoting local and international culture, you can expect to immerse yourself in an environment full of art, diversity, and conviviality when you stay here. We regularly organize a variety of events, from jam sessions to aperitivo on the terrace to networking events.

Our co-house is a space for long-term living, catering to digital nomads, artists, and travelers from all over the world.

This is a place of art and culture, in collaboration with the non-profit cultural association CaravanSerai. We organize a Jam Session once a week, along with several tiny home concerts and workshops at the Co-House.

We provide community spaces for co-working, as well as rooms for practicing music or studying, and we encourage our guests to get to know one another.

The space is located in the heart of Palermo, between the most famous streets, allowing you to reach every destination on foot within minutes. It is also very easy to meet locals as well as people from around the globe.

The project team consists of a small group of lovely individuals who enjoy working together and spending their free time with one another, whether during the jam session, organizing lunches, or going on outdoor trips.

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?

It is possible but will need to be discussed with the host to verify room availability.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Residents Terms.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.

There are no special safety protections or areas for children, but children are still welcome.
Are service and emotional support animals allowed?

Yes, they are allowed, but we should be informed about that in advance.
Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?

Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.
Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. That includes all private rooms and common areas, but you are allowed to smoke in the external common areas or private balconies.
Can I receive post/mail to the property?

Yes.
What are the quiet hours?

On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
What is the policy on alcohol?

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates.

What potential costs are there besides the rent?

The usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.
The city tax for a person is 2€ per night just for the first 4 days.
Extra beds and pets have an extra cost of 5% of the monthly rent.
Changing of sheets and towels and cleaning of the room is planned once every 7 days. If you want extra cleaning, you will be charged extra costs.
Are all rooms furnished?

The common areas come fully furnished.
Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
Any meals/snacks included?

No. We just provide coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and water.
You will have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience.
Are the private bedrooms cleaned frequently?

Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes.
We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess.

Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.
