Our property of 27 ensuite rooms is a newly designed and built coworking & coliving space in the Old City of Chiangmai. The space is fully furnished with weekly housekeeping service, simple breakfast and plenty of common area to share with other residents. A working desk with high speed Wi-Fi is included in the coworking area 24/7. We also have regular activities for residents to participate inside the property and in the city of Chiangmai. Of course.
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

Couples are allowed in the room types "Ensuite and Ensuite Plus".
We did not accept a split booking or change residents.
Is there a designated space for work?

We have a co-working area where every resident and member will work so there is no disturbance from working or video calls in front of your room for sure.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?

Shorten is possible if that comes from your decision. Extend, however, this one needs to be as early as possible.
Can I cancel a booking?

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.
What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

The Coliving section is a home away from home for the residents, so we prefer to have only residents in this area. However, if you would like us to make an exception, contact the Community Facilitator first and they will check with the other residents.
For the Coworking section we have Day Passes available to purchase.
Are kids allowed?

No, sadly we don't allow them.
Are service and emotional support animals allowed?

Not at the moment but we are really looking forward to accept support pets.
Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?

We have a smoking area, but smoking in the room is prohibited.
Can I receive post/mail to the property?

Yes, we can provide you with an address.
What are the quiet hours?

10.00 p.m. to 9.00 a.m.
What is the policy on alcohol?

No restriction as long as you respect other members and the community.
